was very happy to have Edward Weisberg as my home listing realtor. He was very kind and patient with me. He explained to me what a few changes to my home would make to help it sell fast and receive a good price. Basically, most of what he suggested was a whole house painting job, replacing the bathroom flooring and getting a few windows replaced. He told me about a new program Coldwell Banker has that would provide contractor services that they would pay for. It was a revitalized program that helped me to be able to get replacement windows, new appliances and painting. I took advantage of their program and was able to find my own contractors who signed up with their program. I only had to pay the amount back once I sold my house and the services were interest free. He never pressured me with regard to getting it listed. His experience with the way the housing market was taking a new direction was very helpful. I highly recommend Edward.

I am very happy that I choose Ed Weisberg as my real estate broker. I felt very comfortable and very at ease with Ed. He did not pressure me with any decisions or requests. I would refer Ed to my family and friends without hesitation. As I have stated earlier in this survey, I am very pleased that Ed was my real estate agent. I was fortunate enough to have Ed recommended to me by a professional client of mine and I knew he sounded like someone I would be comfortable working with. When we met Ed it was like meeting someone you had known for a long time and I felt I could trust this man with the sale of our beloved home. He said it would be a journey and he was right but Ed was there through every winding road along that journey and I will always be appreciative and grateful we chose him to be our realtor. I have had terrible experiences with a few realtors in the past and I explained my concerns to Ed. He always listened and what was wonderful was that he would just call to check in to see how we were doing.
