e solicited four brokers to each provide a marketing proposal for our property. Ed was by far the most professional and provided the most complete proposal. Knowing the time frame and the constraints facing us, he maintained contact and frequently offered assistance outside the norms of broker duties (e.g. carrying furniture) as we approached the target listing date. Further, Ed was always available and responded in a timely manner which is critical when dealing with time sensitive matters to reduces parties overall stress levels. In conclusion, Ed was an absolute pleasure to work with on this transaction and we strongly recommend Ed for your transaction.

This was our first time using Coldwell Banker ad Ed Weisberg. We selected him because of the early work he did relative to the house we were selling, our 9th one. We had used another broker for the last several houses and we though that this time around we wanted someone with more resources than we had available the previous several times. Ed cam through. The photos were great. He asked for our opinion on which ones to use. He had an accurate floor plan drawn for people to take with them. He made a glossy brochure. he stayed in frequent touch. We were very pleased and if we ever moved again (we hope not), we will be sure to use him. You cannot go wrong with Ed.

We contacted and interviewed 3 local brokers as my brother and I anticipated putting our mother's house on the market. When we met Ed Weisberg, he was honest and direct with us regarding what we would need to do in preparation for listing the house. He was patient and respectful as we went through 60 years of love and memories getting the house ready to be shown. He would periodically check in with us to get an update on our slow and steady progress. He made great recommendations to help enhance the house and it's curb appeal. Ed was the only one of the three brokers that stayed connected with us every step of the way without pressuring us. When it finally came time to list the house we knew Ed was the one! Once the house was listed, Ed utilized a variety of advertising media to promote our house and made sure he kept us in the loop with the different media he was using. When we listed the house the end of February 2020, we did not expect that we would have an additional challenge-the COVID 19 pandemic. That did not stop Ed, who created a virtual tour of the house when the option for an open house was not available. This type of forward thinking, thinking outside the box is why we chose Ed! Throughout this process, Ed was a consummate professional when dealing with his clients. he has an open, honest and direct communication style. He recognized and was sensitive to the fact that this was a challending process for us as this was the house we grew up in.
