Testimonials

  • I didn’t understand how important the right broker was until we switched to Mr. Weisberg. He quickly understood what we were looking for, and within two weeks found us the perfect house. I wish I could give him a 6 star rating!

  • I was very happy to have Edward Weisberg as my home listing realtor. He was very kind and patient with me. He explained to me what a few changes to my home would make to help it sell fast and receive a good price. Basically, most of what he suggested was a whole house painting job, replacing the bathroom flooring and getting a few windows replaced. He told me about a new program Coldwell Banker has that would provide contractor services that they would pay for. It was a revitalized program that helped me to be able to get replacement windows, new appliances and painting. I took advantage of their program and was able to find my own contractors who signed up with their program. I only had to pay the amount back once I sold my house and the services were interest free. He never pressured me with regard to getting it listed. His experience with the way the housing market was taking a new direction was very helpful. I highly recommend Edward.

  • This was our first time using Coldwell Banker and Ed Weisberg. We selected him because of the early work he did relative to the house we were selling, our 9th one. We had used another broker for the last several houses and we thought that this time around we wanted someone with more resources than we had available the previous several times. Ed came through. The photos were great. He asked our opinion on which ones to use. He had a accurate floor plan drawn for people to take with them. He made a glossy brochure. He stayed in frequent touch. We were very pleased and if we ever move again (we hope not), we will be sure to use him. You cannot go wrong with Ed.

  • Ed is very professional, and was able to answer all of my questions and put me at ease anytime I got stressed about something during the sale of our home. I feel like I contracted with a real-estate professional and made a friend in the process.

  • I was fortunate enough to have Ed recommended to me by a professional client of mine and I knew he sounded like someone I would be comfortable working with. When we met Ed it was like meeting someone you had known for a long time and I felt I could trust this man with the sale of our beloved home. He said it would be a journey and he was right but Ed was there through …

  • "Ed knows the ins and outs of the varieties of mid-century homes and will educate the naïve buyer about them. Many people are fans and like the roof lines and angles and the timelessness of these approximately 50 year old homes, yet do not know how to care for them. Ed will tell you how, as they have particular requirements. When you are ready for a specialist, you …

  • ***** Made the experience as painless as possible. It's always an emotional struggle when selling a house that was long a home. Ed was always there to support, advise and, in the end obtain a great price for my house.

  • 5 Stars: ***** Ed helped me sell my home in less than one week (I think 3 days!) for over asking price. Very professional, responsive, and goes out of his way to be helpful. Now helping me find my next home, and being very patient with me through that process which has been a challenge.

    Buyer | 1970

  • We solicited four brokers to each provide a marketing proposal for our property. Ed was by far the most professional and provided the most complete proposal. Knowing the time frame and the constraints facing us, he maintained contact and frequently offered assistance outside the norms of broker duties (e.g. carrying furniture) as we approached the target listing date. Further, Ed was always available and responded in a timely manner which is critical when dealing with time sensitive matters to reduces parties overall stress levels. In conclusion, Ed was an absolute pleasure to work with on this transaction and we strongly recommend Ed for your transaction.

  • Ed was a great communicator, responsive, and very understanding. He represented both us and the landlord fairly and was a great intermediate. Would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new apartment in Boston.
